Luc Beyer, Director of Amsterdam RAI is full of confidence: “Our market keeps changing at a rapid pace. In order to anticipate future developments - and as we preferred not to develop another in-house application ourselves - we decided to look for a new supplier. Out of eight parties that presented their systems and solutions, N200 clearly came out best on a variety of aspects.”

Apart from managing the registration for all trade fairs organised by Amsterdam RAI, N200 is also responsible for fairs of other organisers hosted by the leading venue. On an annual basis, Amsterdam RAI hosts an impressive 50 international congresses, 70 (trade) fairs, events and over a thousand small-scale meetings, presentations and conferences. Plenty of action therefore, but Beyer is convinced N200 is up to the job: “We are confident that with N200, we have taken aboard a solid and professional partner.”

There’s little time for celebration however, as N200 has already put all hands on deck for the programming of two upcoming fairs for which ENTER will be used this fall: Aquatech Amsterdam and Intertraffic China in Beijing.

N200 develops innovative hardware products and software applications concerning visitor registration, ticketing and lead retrieval. The ENTER registration system is used for events, fairs and conferences throughout Europe. With offices in Haarlem, London and Cologne, N200’s client base includes companies such as ABN AMRO, Akzo Nobel, British Telecom, easyFairs and VNU Exhibitions.
